Platform terms
These terms govern AutoVežėjai.lt accounts, listings, memberships, payments and marketplace use.
1. The service
AutoVežėjai.lt is an online marketplace for vehicle transport listings, carrier offers, messages and transport coordination. The platform connects users but is not itself the carrier unless expressly agreed otherwise.
2. User duties
Provide accurate information, protect login credentials, use the service lawfully and respect third-party rights. Listing owners and carriers are responsible for their agreements and submitted information.
3. Provider duties
We maintain the service with reasonable care, may perform maintenance and may restrict accounts that breach these terms, law or platform security.
4. Prices and payment
Publishing a vehicle is free. Carrier membership is €14.99/month; one selected contact costs €4.99. Payments are processed through Paysera. Recurring automatic charging is not used.
5. Access and refunds
Paid access starts after payment confirmation. Because access is digital and supplied immediately, refunds are assessed individually and in accordance with mandatory consumer law. If the service is not supplied due to our fault, access may be extended or a proportionate amount refunded.
6. Liability
Users are responsible for the legality and accuracy of their data and transport arrangements. We are not liable for losses caused by inaccurate user information, third parties or disclosure of login credentials, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
7. Governing law
Lithuanian law applies. Disputes should first be resolved by negotiation and otherwise under the procedures established by Lithuanian law.
