This notice explains how personal data is processed when you use AutoVežėjai.lt.

2. Data we process
Account and company details; listing routes, vehicles and protected contact details; messages, offers and transport status; payment and invoice records; IP address, device, security logs and cookie identifiers.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to provide the service and perform the contract, meet accounting and legal duties, protect the platform and prevent fraud, and—where required—on the basis of your consent.
4. Recipients
Data is shared only as necessary with hosting, database, authentication and payment providers, analytics after consent, and public authorities when required by law. Card data is processed by the payment provider and is not stored by us.
5. Retention
Account data is retained while the account is active and for a justified period afterwards. Accounting records follow statutory retention periods; technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security and reliability.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests, request portability where applicable, withdraw consent and complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate.
